  • How do I access the Exhibitor Manual?

    The Exhibitor Manual will be available to exhibitors from the Exhibitor Zone on this website (coming soon). You will receive a username and a password from us that will enable you to log into the Exhibitor Zone and to fill out all relevant forms.

    When can exhibitors access the venue?

    We will publish and email you everything you need to know about the build-up and breakdown of your exhibition stand. Additionally the build-up & breakdown timetable will be made available on this website and in the Exhibitor Manual closer to the show date.

    How do I make sure my company appear on the Expo catalogue?

    The Exhibitor List is generated by our internal customer relations team. Make sure you have handed over a 100 word profile alongside your contacts and company logo that will be featured in the Expo Catalogue, which will be available during the event days to all visitors and exhibitors alike as a point of reference for the exhibition. Most visitors use this for further engagement, so make sure your contacts and  business location are right.

    How do I get my exhibitor badges?

    Ensure that you have handed over a list of all the stall attendees who will man your stand during the exhibition, to the organizers. This list will be used to generate the badges that you will receive upon the commencement of the event.

    The badge will enable you to access the event venue. Without it, your staff members will not be allowed to represent your company at the respective stand.
