For the rates and bookings, a prospective exhibitor should make appropriate contact with the organizers to find out the availability of stalls, get the right information and then reserve their slots subsequently. However, given the duration of time the organizers have to the event, prospective exhibitors are hereby requested to make informed choices on their bookings, seek formal engagement with the organizers and make their payments promptly to secure such bookings. The organizers reserve the right to retain or drop an exhibitor depending on their commitment to the event.
