Space is allocated on first come first served basis. For general interest of the exhibition, the general layout and area of any particular stand may vary even in the case where a stand has already been allocated. To secure your space pay 50% deposit and balance within 7 days of receipt of invoice and not later than 30 days after signing the order.
For a 3 X 3 Metre Space, the rates are Kshs. 165, 083 being charged at the rate of Kshs. 18342.56 per Square Metre plus 16% VAT.
For late bookings, a 3 X 3 Metre Space will cost Kshs. 189, 845 being charged at the rate of Kshs.21,093.89 per Square Metre plus 16% VAT.
For International Exhibitors, Space ONLY rates are $ 231 per Square Metre plus 16% VAT
