How it works
Through advance planning and best use of space, combined with a highly creative design element, the lead designer gets in-touch with all prospective exhibitors by detailing advantages of actualizing the show-stopper show-house.
Subject to product suitability, suppliers are invited to participate in the show-house by displaying their products in this full sized family home of worthwhile ideas. Among the areas of concessions include furnishings, décor, fabrics, kitchen, bathrooms, energy saving, space saving, windows & doors, roofing, flooring and carpets. Other areas are tiling, art, linen, accessories and kitchen equipment.
Commitments to participate are expected in the month June and joint meetings for interested parties involving the show organizer are held weekly, stewarded by the lead designer.

All products placed in the show-house are displayed to their best advantage. Early booking is therefore recommended so that all elements are integrated into a final overall design that wow’s the decisive guests yearning for new ideas for their homes, offices and even hotels.

The lead designer is responsible for the selection of products which suit the overall design concept and theme of the show-house. Those displaying within this show-stopper home are not invited to manage their exhibits. Booths are instead available outside the show-house at subsidized cost. The organizers have arranged to distribute literature for the distributors at the exit of the show-house.
