K.W.C. is the exclusive distributor of the AMCO WATERLESS products in Kenya and Uganda. The product is made in Turkey under Italian Licence ( since august 2007). This is following a move by the Italian Co. to Turkey to keep prices down and be competitive in its field.
WATERLESS COOKWARE is a name given to the product because of it’s?capability of cooking WITHOUT WATER ? FATS & SALT. It can also cook conventionally but still with better results both Economically and hygienically.
The cookware is made of the best St. Steel for cooking utensils. That is St. Steel CR-NI 18/10. (Chrome Nickel).
A very special Bottom is then applied by way of IMPACT BONDING ( fusion) and then it’s?capsulated by another layer of St. steel to make the bottom more energy efficient, smooth and easy to clean.
Because of the special bottom the heat can be lowered and when cooking fresh produce which contains moisture it is able to draw the moisture and cook without extra water. In that way high heat which destroy delicate Vitamins, Enzymes etc is avoided.
Water which dilutes Mineral Salts ( the flavours of foods) is not necessary) Salt is not necessary because the natural flavours of food is kept.
