Client Interaction
At Foresight Interiors, the first step is a visit to our showroom. Here we give a tour of our range of products on display followed by a slideshow on 42 inch LCD displays of past completed work. This process sets the client expectation helps determine the look and feel wanted.
The client will then either provide their room dimensions or we will make an appointment for measuring. We prefer to take our own measurements for accuracy and advisory purposes.
Placing the order
Once satisfied, the final design and quotation is produced, either on the day as the consultation or within 2 days thereafter.
The client then signs the drawings and order forms to confirm the job.
Signing off drawings is important for mutual agreement as the design, color and materials cannot be changed once production commences.
Service Delivery
Once ordered, we inform you of the delivery date. Your designer and the head of the installation team assigned to your job then visit the site once more to accurately re-confirm all dimensions and incorporate any variations that may be found.
Production drawings and instructions are then sent to the factory.
Professional & customized design
The measurements are forwarded to our professional designers where a draft design and quotation is created and presented within 7 working days. At this stage we request for a design consultation where the client sits with the designer, in front of the 42 inch LCD displays and finalizes the design to their exact requirements. We highly recommend this step as the 1 to 2 hours usually results in a design that if customized to the client’s needs in every way, and ensure the client has a depth understanding of what to expect of the final product.
